More Than Just San Fermines – The City Guide To Pamplona, Spain.

Commonly known for its tradition of the Running of the Bulls; this popular event fills the streets of Pamplona every July and many who visit her only at this time of the year are left with another image of how it truly is Pamplona. In this post, I would like to show you that other side of the coin, which makes Pamplona genuinely beautiful.

After having lived for three years in this city, I thought of writing a list of all the places to visit. Among these, you will find: views of the town, typical streets, The University of Navarra, parks and other cultural stuff for you to enjoy.

[ Cohn:] I Can´t stand it to think, my life is going so fast and I´m not really living.

[ Jake:] Nobody ever lives their life all the way up except bull-figthers.

Hemingway, 1926, The Sun Also Rises.

Where everything good happens, the best drunkenness, the best conversations and merely the best of everyday life. Known as the historic district of the city, located right in the city center.

Michelin Pintxos 🍤

My favorite plan in Pamplona was to head to the Casco Viejo to eat Pintxos. On Thursdays, the pintxo including beer or wine would cost two euros; this traditional event is called juevintxos.
